- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, box, and accessories.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Custom-made or engraved items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of defects or damage.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Approval: Once received, our team will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to incorrect or defective items.
